Have you seen what you get paid after tax and ni for working your day off? About time an overtime rate was negotiated by the union but I doubt they could agree on anything anyway.

Not in my office. The overtime ban for part timers also ended after 2 days.

Exactly this. There's better things to do in your life than work for a company that as no respect for it's staff every day. If you really need the money work it, if not enjoy your day off.

Yes indeed. And remember this so-called day off in the week is there because you work on a Saturday. Obvious maybe but worth thinking about.
