Seeing as changes are continuing to happen that are unworkable - don't meet the USO.... yet managers and union reps are allowing those changes, then we need to hear from Dave Ward and Royal Mail as to why the statement isn't being adhered to.

Dave Ward surely has given Royal Mail a warning to stick to that statement and a day or 2 to make sure it is adhered to. Otherwise what's the point? - not hearing from Dave worries me that the CWU are giving in to the executive action and then just going to come out in a week or so saying 'we got you a 9% backdated pay rise - please accept it'.

The carrot will be dangled for sure with the pay rise and backdated pay how many grab it will be interesting especially if the pec endorse a agreement which is crap to say the least
