Holidays and leaving

Post by mh80 »

I've decided to leave RM but I've just had 2 weeks of this year's holiday, does anyone know how pay would work since I haven't worked the rest of the year? Thanks a lot

I think they work it on a pro-rata basis so if you have had 2 weeks since the start of the April then I am afraid you will probably owe them something. If you have had no leave since the beginning of April then they may owe you a day or two holiday pay.

However, don't take my word for it ring Sheffield the number is on all your pay chits and they will be able to advise you exactly what the situation is/will be.
