Calendar days on Attendance Review
Hi folks, on an Attendance Review, when you are issued with a copy of your sick record does the absences on the sheet include calendar days or are they calculated during the meeting?

Think I know what you mean.
It does include Sundays and days you are not rostered to work depending on your hrs.
So say you was sick for 2 weeks, it would be '14' days sick and not say '10' days if you are on a 5 day week.
Genuinely don't know how it would work for say peeps on say 3 day weeks-there are so many dodgy contracts about.
