Pay rate increase

Hi I handed my notice In with angard on 13th June after working for them for 4 years and have been told that all angard staff are getting a 2% pay rise backdated to April I’m next weeks pay I am no longer able to access sd worxs so can’t see payslips I have emailed them to see if I will still get this backdated payrise as was working between April and end of June but haven’t had a response no surprise, does anyone know if I’m legally entitled to get this backpay as have worked it out and would be about £200 many thanks

I don't know about being legally entitled but most companies operate on the basis if somebody asks they pay it but don't proactively seek to pay former employees. You can't rely on Angard to answer an email if it's not to their advantage so give payroll a call.
