Quite direct language from Terry regarding his and Simons relationship. Its fair to say Simon wont be expecting a Christmas card this year.

Some very good points raised and is clear to see that relations are at breaking point.
The line has been crossed by company and thats their decision. Every decision made is a choice and at moment Royal Mail seem hell bent on attacking frontline staff terms and conditions to bulge pockets of shareholders.
Simons Mr Nice guy act is well and truly blown.
