My father in law sadly passed away on the Sunday start of my two week break, had to forget our holiday, the funeral was on the Tues , am I entitled to any days off...????

Sorry to hear. It looks like for a parent-in-law you only get one day paid leave (scroll down to bereavement section on page 4). You may be able to arrange other unpaid leave. I'm assuming this is the latest up to date information. If not, someone else will be along to rectify:
