When do you get paid? If you're paid weeky than you only have to give a week's notice. If you're paid monthly then it's a month.

Congratulations on working for RM for 10 years without having recourse to RMC until now. :cuppa

Four weeks' notice for weekly-paid according to my contract, but that's only from 2 years ago, so it may well have been less in older contracts.

Yes it changed to weekly paid peeps to 4 weeks, not sure of the year tho, you 'may' of missed it if you started 10 years ago.
Got your contract in a binder with wage slips and the courier?
If all else fails phone HR, the number is on the back of your payslip.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

How do I order back issues if the courier?
