Hi guys,
Just to clarify ...
I am a new starter on a 25 HR contract. Does this mean to receive average holiday pay I would need to regularly work full time hours, or would any over time worked even if less than full time hours, be included in the calculation??
Hope that makes sense

Any 8 hours overtime in a month (though the months don't start at the 1st).

8 hours for every 4/5 week period in a single six month period.
If you don't work 8 hours for one of the 4/5 week periods in the six months then you get nada, zilch, zero, nil points.........

Re: Seeking Clarification...Part timer
So to qualify I need a minimum of 8 hours a month overtime?

Re: Seeking Clarification...Part timer
Yes and it's roughly a month but some of the exact dates for 4/5 week periods for backpay have not been specified by RM,
they like to keep us is suspense....
The dates for Mar 21 to Sep 21 are in the Reps Briefing here: viewtopic.php?f=67&t=100943It is agreed that back pay for historic regular overtime worked will be backdated for a
period of two years from April 2021. This covers four separate 6 monthly qualifying
periods made up of Periods which will broadly encompass the following months:
a. April 2019 to September 2019
b. October 2019 to March 2020
c. April 2020 to September 2020; and
d. October 2020 to March 2021.
The same regularity threshold as agreed above for each six monthly period of back pay
will be used but if for example the minimum threshold is not hit in one six-month period,
this will not mean that the other six month periods are not paid where the minimum
qualifying threshold has been reached, so an employee might qualify for a payment in
respect of 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the back pay qualifying periods, depending on the levels of
overtime they have worked.
and second qualifying period:
it has now been confirmed that the dates in the second qualifying period for the interim payment calculations are:
27th September 2021 to 31st October (Period 7)
1st November to 28th November (Period 8)
29th November to 26th December (Period 9)
27th December to 30th January (Period 10)
31st January 2021 to 27th February 2022 (Period 11)
28th February to 27th March 2022 (Period 12)
