Hi,just like some general advice/opinions please.I twisted my ankle,fracturing a bone whilst on duty.I've been off work sick for six weeks.Do I have a case for compensation,all opinions welcome. Kind regards.

I think this has been addressed in another thread but my 2p says.

Off Royal Mail - no unless there was a fault with the van that helped cause it.
Off the local council - perhaps if they hadn't kept it in good repair.
Off Local landowner - same as local council.

No one can really advise as its a legal matter, but my first port of call would be Citizens advice and secondly a "No Win, no Fee Solicitor"
