‘Incredibly important’ Special broadcast for all Royal Mail colleagues

In a special broadcast for all Royal Mail colleagues, the Prince of Wales has described the role we’re playing as ‘incredibly important’.

His Royal Highness has praised our people for ‘delivering hope’ through letterboxes while the country has been in the grip of the Covid-19 pandemic.

‘In the last 12 months, you have proved that your work remains utterly vital,’ he says. ‘For what it is worth, I can only offer you my greatest possible thanks – once again – for what every single one of you continues to do, day-in and day-out.’
