Manager is asking this form to be filled out by a colleague who's wife is expecting in August. He's concerned about putting due dates in and the baby arrives early or late as his manager seems to be insistent he needs to know for resourcing purposes when he'll be off but surely there needs to be flexibility on when the baby is actually born.

Just need to inform the manager of estimate date doesn't matter if baby comes early or late
