some advice please

I am F/T on delivery. I do not work any O/T in any shape or form. On heavy days I put my last letter in my frame and go to see the DOM to inform him that I will not be extending. He is now telling me if I do not extend he will keep me in until Workplan i.e 10.05 as he is entitled to do? Don,t have a problem with that as all I want to do is get out on the correct time and start my delivery at 10.15 My issue is that he says that if everybody is up and ready, for example 09.20 like a few days ago he will let everybody go but keep me back as in his words " I,M NOT HELPING HIM OUT" i think this is out of order as it is up to me if I choose to extend. My rep says he thinks he can do this but I think he is trying to treat me unfairly. Any help is appreciated

If you're ready at 9-20 like the others and he keeps you back then it sounds like he's bullying you,and your rep should know better as well!!!
If this carries on or if it happened to me i would put in a B&H form,what's happening is not on.

The longer the clown of a dom keep's you back the more you will bring back!.

Perhaps your Rep needs a refresher course.

1. You are not obliged to work over your contracted hours
2. Some days you are going to be ready sooner than others depending on traffic
3. He cannot treat you any differently to the rest of the staff, that is harassment.

If he carries out his threat put in a b&h form. He can't treat you any differently from your fellow colleagues. Your rep sounds crap. Also if anything start cutting off more f*** him right up especially on a Saturday.

theres no way he can make you work o/t, what you are doing is right last letter in frame see dom tell your not working over your time. watch your back as he will be out to get you and some people will help him, (the goosegabs).

oh and tell your rep he needs to get on a course or 2.

There is no way he could do this,it would be in clear case of victimisation, which would leave him and RM open to all sorts of civil suits. next time you see your Rep kick his arse!!! If i were you i would ring my area rep and ask him to bring this topic up next time he meets the area manager!! If this situation ever occurs, when he ask you to stay behind make sure theirs witnesses and tell him you will only wait 5 mins, while he runs along and gets you a grievance form!!! As for the behaviour and attitude of your Rep well its completely unnacceptable also bring this up with the area rep!!!
