Probably a contractor, they spend all year dragging 14ft trailers about and come Christmas they’re given 16’02” trailer to play with and forget what’s behind them. It’s not as if there’s a shortage of warning signs on the approach to this bridge, I think it got struck by a Royal Mail truck six times last Christmas ( not the same one ! )
