Change of start times

Hi all, Can management change start time and use Christmas pressure as the reason?

The screws in your office must think everyday is Xmas with no union representation about.

Is the change in times by much? Hours? Half an hour?

Get on to your Area rep and tell them what is happening. I'm certain there will be some folk with hours being changed that will find it impossible to organise their home life around the new times. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Why don't you all become Spartacus you all have phones all get together and have a meeting of minds outside the office and stick together that is what a union is you can all put in a letter each one of you without your names on it to the top manager, Telling him your all going to stay the same hours or go above to area rep disagreement!
