Looks like we are hurtling towards a second way. What is Royal Mail's position with regards to self isolating or has nothing changed Do we still get full pay if we have to isolate due to a family member catching it or if I catch it

You certainly don’t want to spread the virus ,Isolate ,get tested and wait for results.

You are missing the point which is will I get paid if I have to isolate for what ever reason

Yes!

There has been no change in Coronavirus related sickness payments except for those who have been with us for less than 1 year.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
