Hi,
GP signs someone off till then end of June for Stress/Anxiety.
Employee has OH report.
The report states that this person could return to work if conditions like counselling etc are met.
HR advise dom that because the report says this person could return to work,if they refuse sick pay will be stopped.(even though GP says not fit for work till end of June)
What is the point of going to your GP if RM feel like they can take 1 sentence from a report a undermine them? How is this helping the stress of the person in question?
Anyone been in a similar situation?

OH are call centre drones, not medically qualified. Listen to your Doctor, for your own good. (Personally I myself would ignore anything RM or OH said and strictly follow my Doctor's advice, no matter what the situation)theotherone wrote:Hi,

But be warned there are loopholes that allow this sort of thing to happen (look for links on here or ask your rep).
Take care.

I’ve stated many times on this forum that Optima Health were given the contract because of their reputation as saying what the managers want them to say so the more people that complain to the union then maybe just maybe they can do something about themtheotherone wrote:Hi,
