Can royal.mail at attendence meting issue
2 stage warnings like stage 1 and stage 2 at the same time

Definitely not, and if they do and it goes to the final dismissal stage or even a Tribunal then it will be thrown out as not following Royal Mails own procedure.

However if they are trying this then unless your local rep is good, I would ask for an Area Rep to be in attendance, provided you are a CWU member.

If you are not a CWU member than make sure you have a witness and read up on the Attendance procedure.

Manager’s doing this just shows how important it is to be in the union .if you are not in the union don’t go to a meeting without a witness and ask to record the interview on your phone.good luck
