3 and 4 day contract

Does anyone have a copy of a 3 day or 4 day contract or know where I can find one? I am a 3 day contract.
I need to find out if I can be made to work my hours over 5 or 6 days if there isn't sufficient work as the csp offices have reduced their opening hours due to the coronavirus. If this is the case am I entitled to traveling expenses as all my wages are accounted for? I also have other commitments and want to work my 8 hours on my contracted days.
I did find this on flexible hours on here (Where necessary, for example when traffic volumes are unexpectedly high or resourcing issues arise, individuals may be asked and may themselves request to vary their duty times by up to 30 minutes on a swings and roundabouts basis. Individual circumstances will be taken into account and total weekly contractual hours will not change. This means that individuals may flex their duty times by up to 30 minutes on any given day and this will be balanced either way over the next 5 working days. However this period can be extended by local agreement. A local record will be kept. Any requirement to change times of attendance or flex will take into account individual's personal obligations and responsibilities).
If this is the case, on who's local agreement will be taken into account? What would happen if I were to refuse Please?

I don't work in a DO but i'd imagine that if you do the CSP duty and it's not open then the DOM will probably send you out on delivery

That isn't his problem.
I think instead of working 3 x 8hr 20 days he is going to be working 5 x 5hr days.
That means extra travelling costs and a lot more delivery than they are used to.

That is correct clashcityrocker, I want to work my contracted 3 day week, he is saying this isn't viable as no work.

Your contract is in hours not days. With reasonable notice they can change your days.

Your contract is just that it will say the terms of variation in that read it do not throw contracts away read them before you sign them when I started I foolishly thought we did not work Saturdays or Sundays. How wrong was I yet I adapted to it as one poster has said it is normally in hours and does give a clause of exceptional circumstances of which we are in no doubt about that so read your contract. If your break your contract they can fire you and sue you but I doubt they would sue you just fire you instead you could preempt them and resign instead if you so wish.

Had this problem when a new DOM started about 5 years ago,told me that instead of working three days,had a choice of four or five to work my 23.5 hours, got the union in London involved ,not local rep, and told the job share was royal mails idea ,and couldn't change my shifts ,things could have changed ,and obviously with coronavirus special rules might apply.

Thanks stodgy88, I've been looking for my contract all afternoon. I know I haven't thrown it away, I've just go to find it for back up. I reduced my hours for this 3 day contract without a buy down because I needed the contract.
