VR and EVR

We have been offered VR and had the soft quote but been over two weeks waiting for the hard quote how long should it take and what’s the process is. Any help would be appreciated

Is VR always based on seniority? Also is there an age where you're no longer eligible for VR?

As far as I'm aware VR has been based on seniority in RM up until now. But there is nothing in law that says it has to be.

You need at least 2 years service to be considered for VR, I don't think there's an upper limit on length of service or age.
