What is the rules regarding this?
I'm currently in work in another office whilst my case is being investigated etc.
I'm currently suffering from mental health issues and some physical issues.
If I go on the sick, will this hurt my case?

On sick whilst on 'precautionary suspension'
Hard to say, you say you have mental health issues, are they aware of that? Rep, area rep needs to be kept up to speed on your situation.
Good luck.
Good luck.

My DOM is aware of my mental health issues but continues to blame HR for a lack of progress.POSTMAN wrote:Hard to say, you say you have mental health issues, are they aware of that? Rep, area rep needs to be kept up to speed on your situation.

I'll try and message my rep to ask about the situation with sickness due to the stress this is giving me.
Thanks for the reply.
