Hello not sure if anyone can help
I started November 2018 and coming up to 1 year service next week. Can anyone confirm what the current hourly rate is after 12 months service? I cant see any information what the pay is on job website

In reality we all got exactly the same pay-rise, but the FT part of the raise was absorbed by the 1hr reduction they got.

No, it’s the same. When the SWW came into effect it was seen as a pay rise by part timers, but full timers still received the same wage, but lost an hour off their working week. This is what all posties gets paid (outside London higher costs area??)
Royal Mail Pay Rates
£12.29 Upto & including 38hr (£11.62 base rate + £0.67 Delivery Supplement)
£11.72 1st 10 hours over 38hr (-£0.57 per hour)
£11.32 after 48 hr (-£0.97 per hour)
SA is paid at £12.29
Your official rate for the first 38 hours is £11.62 but all posties get a delivery sup of 67p / hour up to 38hours.
