That is crass ignorance of the law even if you work in a workplace they need signs saying wet floor if no signs and a temporary walk way it is for them to have signs and proper insurance should the need arise. The trouble is lots of people do things on the cheep and those people work their way into management and next thing the s**t hits the fan and they deign it ever was said or told to them. But the bonus culture has ramifications that go deep and far in all levels in management in all organisations including NASA and when managers told lies people died those managers got sacked should have gone to prison as well. In the Soviet Republic that is what happened 4 People got jailed for the Chernobyl incident and it was no accident!
