Election payments

Wage slipp yesterday and no election payment.I found out today that we are not getting paid till ALL election matrrial is finished.This has not been communicated by managers or union.Is this right.One of the blokes only found this out when he asked the wages/planning guy.Is this right.

Paid ours week after slip went in, regardless of what rest of the office were doing

Everybody had put there slips for completed ones.No bidy got paid.So bloody typical of our office.No communication between management,union and workers.Is this legal or something else tgey can get away with.Must admit we get no communication ,cant remeber last time we had communication it was well before Dec

Has all the election leaflets been done in the office? if so wait till next week if no payment see your rep everybody who does not get paid put a grievance in and if the rep still cannot get any luck go area rep route!
