pro rata holidays now there is a 38 hour week

there is now a 38 hr working week soon to be 37

as our holidays are calculated in hours and were originally based on the old 40 hour working week should our pro rata rate have incresed

for example i work 3 days from 5 on a 25hr contract i have 12 years service

my holiday entitlement is 117.5 hours per year

as far as i can tell it hasnt changed since the weekly working hours changed from 40 hrs per week to 39 then to 38

could anyone elighten me

that does make sense
i was looking at it from the point of view of the increase in pay for part timers when the hours for full timers went to 38
