Work time learning

Heard today work time learning is being reduced to once a month, is this the same at other offices?

For us, that would be INCREASED to once a month!

We are lucky if we even see a manager once a month let alone have work time learning.

Very much doubt they are getting rid of it nationally, although nothing surprises me with this mob, and although as well I could be wrong.
It IS factored into the working day on a Tuesday though however.

Taking it away gives them a s**t ton of hrs to play with in each office...be careful what you wish for, take the piss out of or, of throwing a strop just because you have to have one.

WTL....what is that our office has rarely had one....manager throws a piece of paper under your nose....we scribble and disappear out the door
