is there anywhere that tells you all what can claim etc. like if any mail is in frame from day before

part timers never get told and only find out when some other posties tell you , then you have all the secret deals going on.

plus how many part timers take break in morning , is everyones the same ( like 10-20 mins after your start time)

If there's mail left in the frame from the day before, highlight it to your manager and as soon as possible before you leave the office
your decision is to make it clear that you believe the additional mail will take you over your duty time and to complete the delivery you will need to claim O/T

or

that you believe you will not be able to complete the delivery within your hours and you can't work O/T

Varies office to office and is always awkward when you might be partnered with someone who has been in work for two or more hours before you and
so they take their break when you've only been in for 20 minutes. There's lots of discussion on these boards about it and there's no definitive answer
but whatever you do, make sure you take a break at some point and make sure you claim the time for any break you are not able to take.

In previous posts it appears that you're in offices where you don't get told a lot so you might find the Postal Delivery Member's Handbook
