The wife and i both work for rm so we have are entiltled to have the same holiday, but have been told this is only for four weeks even though we both get five weeks a year holiday due to our service time.
Anyone know if this is correct or can we have five weeks the same ?

Same here mate,and what we have to do is this,im number 12 in our office she is number 23 so i give up my place and drop down to 22 and our dom puts us together on our choices.Always done it like that and everyones ok about it
