Unit Representative Briefings – Pay and Four Pillars Agreement – Phase 2 Deployment

Further to the previous Unit Representative Briefing tours held around the country to update colleagues on discussions and the conclusion of the Four Pillars Agreement, in line with the commitment made by the Postal National Officers and Postal Executive to continue proactive dialogue with our Unit Representatives, listed below are the dates and venues for the first Unit Representative Briefings of 2019. All Briefings will commence at 11:00 and conclude by 15:00.

The purpose of these Briefings is to update colleagues on progress to date and outline the on-going activity that will take place in order to deliver and deploy the second phase of the commitments contained in the Four Pillars Agreement.

Release to attend these Briefings will be on an unpaid basis, however, Royal Mail Group have confirmed that applications for release to attend these Briefings will be supported. It would therefore be appreciated if Branches/Representatives could engage in immediate dialogue with local Managers regarding release arrangements and thereby ensure that we have maximum attendance at each of the scheduled meetings.
