I don’t want to give much detail.... but we are having a very difficult time with our DOM regarding people’s contracts etc... our local rep wanted to submit a disagreement over it but our area rep is blocking him from doing so.... now is there anyway of reporting the area rep to higher above? Or having a vote of no confidence to at least get someone else in his place... (area rep)
I’m not one for grassing people up... but it’s an on going issue that needs to be addressed... we pay into the union we should expect the best representation.

why does he want to block the disagreement ? is the first question I would ask . contact your branch secretary and tell him to deal with him or you will lose a lot of members and send an email to cwu hq and tell them what is going on ,Warriorpostie wrote:I don’t want to give much detail.... but we are having a very difficult time with our DOM regarding people’s contracts etc... our local rep wanted to submit a disagreement over it but our area rep is blocking him from doing so.... now is there anyway of reporting the area rep to higher above?
