What is the take home pay for a 25hr contract PT for inner London, outer London and elsewhere in the Country?

Without or without your own and/or RM pension contributions, before or after 6 month and 12 month raise?

No private pension or RM pension and before 6 month raise. Could you post the three different options please?

My take home pay on a flat week outside London, been in 12 years in pension, on 23.30 hours contract per week is £245. I know it is not 25 hours hope this helps.
