If you are extremely pissed off by the treatment you have received by being removed from your signed duty on customer complaints then you tackle that problem head on and you received numerous advice on this matter at your time of posting.
Looking for an excuse to leave the business by means of an IHR you will need to be able to tick all the right boxes and one of these is finding work for you in another function and you have already been redeployed doing secretarial work indoors in the callers office for your past alleged conduct and makes claiming medical retirement a lot harder.

Also watch what your posting on here. It's a great site but the DOM could MAYBE suss out who you are through your circumstances that your sharing with us and hit you with fraud for going for IHR. I'm not for one minute saying you are but you know that every pennies a prisoner and if they can get you out the door for nought, especially if your a pain in the arse, just for doing the job correctly, then they will still as low as your grannies piles.
