SWW hours not adding up

I have attached our revised start and finish times for the SWW. I am 1 in 6. Looking at that column i make it 7hrs 33 mins monday, 7hrs 18 tues, 7hrs 48 weds, thurs, fri and 7hrs 33 on sat. I have been told the hours should work out to 38 average per week over the 6 week rotation (i'm new to this) but every week whatever the day off is it's at least a 38 hour week, more if its monday, tuesday or sat off. Can anyone explain to me how it works and if this start and finish time sheet is correct because i can't get my head around it.

Looking at the 1 in 6 as an example - I have calculated it as an Average of 38hrs 10 mins per week.

Thanks, my maths must be wrong as i got more than that as average but i was on the right track.
