Is it possible to transfer on a full time contract and what’s the best way about going about it?
I know about waiting for a job to come up on success factors in the office you’d like to transfer to but they are often part time hours vacancies.

Most vacancies now are part time , but there is the odd full time vacancy .

You can't transfer into an office as a full timer if that office doesn't have a full time vacancy.
If there was a full time vacancy you would expect the rep to be getting one of his own p/t staff made up.
It might be possible if you had skills that office urgently needed (callers/RLE etc)
