Bullying Dom

2 years ago the Dom was removed from our office for harassing and bullying members of staff. Staff members took out grievances against him , and also he was investigated by the area manager for this. Staff members won Thier cases against him. He was moved on to another office , to presumably bully them. Everyone was elated to see the back of him. Then 4 weeks ago he's back in our office as our Dom again. Can you believe this f......g company. Even our Lino's are shocked by this.

the fact he was only moved suggests he was never found guilty of bullying, or he would likely be out of a job, typical RM approach to bullying, just move the offending manager around so they dont have to actually deal with the problem.

Thats the trouble,DOMs and Linos seem to get away with being bullys,but dont forget what goes around comes around

Lol they never get rid of bullies, RM seems to love them cuz they get the biggest savings. They just get moved....

In my experience, the managers tend to operate like the Mafia. They cover each other's ar$es so that no one person is responsible or culpable for anything. If a manager has a disciplinary, conduct code or back to work interview to deal with they may use one of their colleagues to do their dirty work. If they need to bring someone in for questioning in their office they will bring in another manager to witness the events and back them up where required.
