Union legal advice

Has anyone used the union legal team or contacted them about issues? I see lot of people with problems from stage 2 being issued before a stage 1, some being bullied by Dom etc. If it’s like our office grievances etc get ignored and nothing is done. Just wondering about using the legal route instead . We are being forced to carry holidays over year after year and told u will get paid for them when u leave or retire !
