Just an inquiry if you get made redundant or finished through ill health what are the packages are they the same for both I've heard you get a years pay + a weeks pay for every year you've worked there. Is this correct and is it taxable also will you still have your pension as well.if any one can give me figures etc much appreciated

34 weeks pay plus 1 week for each year for the first 12 years for ill health.
