Hi
A query on behalf of a colleague in Deliveries who has been getting TPM payments for vehicle maintenance, eg changing tyres etc. He has been on the sick for about 10 weeks, and has just had the payment stopped. Just wondering can they do this without letting him know first?

It's 8 weeks, plus the 2 in arrears will cut off about week 10. But if the sickness is due to a work place accident or disease then it will be paid for up to a year. Don't let them get away with nought. All these terms and conditions were hard fought for with men and women hitting the cobbles in years gone bye.
