Sorry for posting something i know would of been asked many time but i have a couple of questions
1, Where do i apply to take my annual leave up to the maximum allowance of 6? And when does it need to be done by?
2, I hit 5 years service about 2 weeks in to the new holiday/tax year so would my extra day off entitlement be added next year? (surely cant do me out of it for another year over 2 weeks/ Can they? :wink: )

You apply through your manager and it must be done before February to be included in the next leave year starting in April.

Its called POAL and the form looks like this:
