Shared parental leave
I am going to be starting maternity leave and pay in November. Although my partner wants to take 4 weeks extra at the start and do it as shared parental leave. If I gave notice to reduce my maternity leave and pay to create space for him to take shared parental pay, will he be able to do this whilst I just stay on maternity leave/pay
