Part time duty repicks
Can anybody give me any information regarding the unions stance on full time duty repicks and part time duty repicks. I work in indoor processing and we have not had a part time repick in 4 years despite being promised one for over a year but full time staff have had one every year. Just wondering what the stance is on this as my rep has spoken to his area rep about the issue and he has told me to complain as the area rep doesnt seem interested.
