8 A’s other have said you will not finish on your hours, management do not always want to pay overtime, most offices expect u to do flex, extra 20 mins of another job which they expect u to do every day
9 that’s all I can thing of, there are some good points, some offices have single or HGT routes these are usually better, once u leave the office u are your own boss

3 - Since when has tracked had a 4 hour delivery slot?
4 - Why not?
8 - You have a finish time, you can finish on it. You can only do what you can do in the time given, lapsing should only be done if you have time in your duty. Flexing is optional. If management won't pay overtime for extra hours then put a grievance in and start cutting off!
