part time to full time

hello, does anyone know the precise criteria regarding who gets first choice if wanting to be made up from part time to full time,i presume seniority is taken into account ,but if someone as been fulltime previously -in this case 12 years ago- after a buy down of hours - can they still be considered thanks

happened in our place guy took a buy down to 25 hours about 9 years ago and is now back to full time but he had 19 years in to date don't no how but he got it

Happened in our office ten lads did it 12 months down line all took there hours back less senority lads still on part time.... Its not right

Morally, maybe not. However that’s how seniority works. More fool RM for getting shafted.
