f/t temporary but still no contract change

I was made up to full time in October I've repeatedly asked my line manager to change my contract using ECR but he has refused blaming his line manager so all holidays sickness d2dds payments and probably the Christmas bonus are all p/t . I've emailed my requests to and asked with my union rep present and my regional union rep has also asked but still now change. What can I do.

If I have understood your post correctly.

Id be more concerned about sorting a permanent contract than going to war over PT / FT.
