Great points but it's about delivery as you point out.
I get to a delivery office on time as stated before but your collegues want me an hour before.
They love it when an agency is on because he wants to finish early
This is what we are dealing with and won't change

To me the pension is going to get worse and that is just fact. I don’t like it as it will hit me in the pocket but that is what is happening to the pension industry. You have to put so much more in to get less out. We have to look at other ways of funding our pension in the future.

Why is it years ago we had no unions and then someone said let's stick together UNION collectivisation of the workforce this was 1850 or so since then pensions first started and the voting rights for men soon to be followed by women all be it 45 years or so later! We then had a retirement age even though it was different some guy challenged it so they made women work longer but all these pensions are unaffordable all of a sudden whilst the top 1% are 100 times richer than 20 years ago it beggars belief that some on here say pensions are unaffordable the fact of the matter is globalisation is the cause but if you want the living standards of a worker in India then listen to your masters and the folk on the dailymail. But for every looser their is one who gains exponentially the fat cats of this world and to get fat we all have to starve so whilst you work your ass off they say It's unaffordable what is unaffordable is their lifestyle without you earning it for them it is time the dog wagged the tail not the tail wagging the dog!

It’s no good worrying about the top 1% or how much Moyà green earns that’s never gonna change there will always be the rich in society in any country in the world that’s just a fact going forward no one is going to have great pensions if our deficit hadn’t been taken over by the government after privatisation we would be even worse off

If we all thought that way we never would have pensions we would never have had the NHS we never would have a vote and you would not have a contract of employment. These things were fought for by your grand parents and their fathers sons and sisters time is but a distant passing ww1 told to fight ww2 need to fight and with just cause Iraq no need to fight even in hindsight!
