I sometimes cover backshift collections starting at 12:40 and finishing at 18:15 and I am often used as holiday cover for certain collections. However my managers have developed a habit of giving the collection to people as o.t. without notifying myself and giving me a full delivery, plus whatever else they deem will take me to my finishing time (18:15), usually any other mail they fail to get out during the day, and usually too much of it.
When this happens is there any argument I can make against this? Or is it just tough luck needs of the company come first and all the usual rubbish you get from mgmt?
