Wallington week

I work in an office that use the Wallington method 1 in 6 off, now when we strike how will the company take pay off us will they take it out as everyone is in work that day if so who is supposed to be off in the office that day also they shouldn't be allowed to take it off us in the future as we are not on strike the week we may have our 'rest week'

Same as people who have a day off that week. If you are off legitimately you will be paid as normal. If you are officially not off but fail to go in due to strike action you will not be paid. The strike days will be numerous and varied so ultimately everyone will be affected in similar ways. It is highly unlikely that any individual will lose out on every strike day and in the unlikely event that anyone is, then whatever they lose is likely to be minimal compared with what RM want to steal from their pension if we put up no resistance!
