Grievance to resolve issue?

Hoping someone can help here.

I appealed a decison back in early July, had the meeting etc with an appeals manager but I still havent had a verdict back.

I have spoken to the office rep and area but they just agree its just crazy how its not been done, seems I aint getting anywhere :arrrghhh

Question is, would a Grievance form 'speed' it up?

What are my options??

Ask the rep that represented you to chase up on your behalf.

Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
