Blue Shirt or Red Polo

Looking at all the photos of colleagues on Facebook and Twitter most seem to wear a red polo which does surprise me as I believe they have no pockets to put anything

Blue shirt for me all day long

The current blue "shirt" is actually nothing more than an ill fitting blouse.
The poor quality of the material and the horrendous cut are a fairly clear indication of the state of RM today. The shirt is utter rubbish.
The short sleeved Ben Sherman we had back in the day remains the pinnacle of RM uniform.

In the current climate of things within Royal Mail not sure this is up there with that,but yes the polo is not brilliant in the fact it's seems a heavy material,and the blue shirt is a poor fit,but as they say they were all trialled etc,mmm I think not,

Quite.

The blue shirts are an appalling fit designed for fat men with narrow shoulders.

The red shirts fit better but as has been said, lack useful pockets and (for me) are less comfy, being polycotton.

In truth, none of the RM uniform is very good. The trousers are probably the best.

Red polos are designed to make everyone look fat. Even the thin people in our office look like porkers in them!

I mostly wear the red polo shirts even though I get really hot in them on sunny days. The blue shirt is annoying as way too long so have to tuck it in. Moves around all the time.

I'm hoping that the new women's sholo will be better...whenever they become available. I still think that cotton t-shirts would be better.
