Part time hours

Work mate on part time hours covering a full time duty,not enough time to complete delivery informs boss who says the rest of the delivery will be done by the guys on schedule attendance collections in the afternoon?? Comments please??

Is it right to get it done on s/a duty? I'm thinking do the delivery fail the collection,or be easier just to make the guy up to full time to cover the full time duty,apparently the forecast didn't warrant it but we had shed loads!! No surprise there
